The name Ra Mō Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Ra Mō Ner was founded by Theggvong Asoldru, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Ra Mō Ner receives an average of 271 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Ra Mō Ner covers an area of nearly 3 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3808 m (12493 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ra Mō Ner was founded durring the late 10th century, by Theggvong Asoldru. The establishment of Ra Mō Ner suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Ra Mō Ner which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Ra Mō Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ra Mō Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Ra Mō Ner is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad paverstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Ra Mō Ner's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Ra Mō Ner makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Ra Mō Ner’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

Ra Mō Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Ra Mō Ner's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
In Ra Mō Ner most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.
The Golem, Ice near Ra Mō Ner are known to be quite timid.
Ra Mō Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves reenactments to channel Charm energies of tier 3 via throat chanting.
